The agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of iGRT Community. By submitting a request for access, signing in to the dashboard, or participating in any WhatsApp group operated by iGRT Community, you agree to be bound by these terms together with our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and our Cookie Policy.
iGRT Community is operated as a sole-founder venture by its founder (the "operator", "we", "us"). Until a registered legal entity is named in this section, the operator is the natural person identified at signup correspondence and contactable at surya@igamingrealtalk.com. Once a legal entity is incorporated, this section will be updated and the updated text will become the controlling identification of the operator.
Eligibility
To request or hold an account you must meet all of the following.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a working professional, founder, investor or service provider connected to the iGaming industry.
- You can lawfully enter into this agreement in the country you apply from, and you are not subject to sanctions that would make your participation unlawful for us.
- You have not been previously banned by iGRT Community. We retain a hashed record of banned individuals' WhatsApp numbers and LinkedIn profiles to detect re-applications. Re-applying after a ban is itself a breach of these terms.
iGRT Community is a business-to-business network. It is not a place to place bets, share tips with retail audiences, or transact directly on behalf of consumers. Members who appear to be using the network for consumer-facing gambling activity will be removed.
How accounts are created
The onboarding flow is intentionally manual. You request access by completing the claim form linked from the sign-in page. A human reviewer evaluates your request against the eligibility criteria and verifies you by your WhatsApp number. If you are approved, the operator generates a one-time twelve-character temporary password and delivers it to you personally: on WhatsApp, or by a one-time email that contains only that temporary password.
You then sign in at /login with your email and that temporary password. You can change your password at any time from your dashboard Settings. We may, in future, require you to set a new password on first sign-in; if we do, you will be prompted at that point.
The only email we ever send is that one-time temporary password, and only when we issue one and choose to deliver it by email. We never send password-reset links, "magic links", or login links of any kind. If you receive an email claiming to be from iGRT Community that asks you to click a link to reset, recover, or confirm a password, treat it as phishing and forward it to surya@igamingrealtalk.com.
Your account, your responsibility
Each account is personal to one named individual. You may not share credentials, allow another person to log in on your behalf, or maintain more than one active membership.
- Keep your password and any active session confidential. We will not ask you for either.
- Your WhatsApp number is set when your account is created and is not self-editable, because it is how the operator verified you. If your number changes, email surya@igamingrealtalk.com and we will update it for you.
- Tell us at surya@igamingrealtalk.com if you suspect your account has been used by anyone else.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account while it is logged in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following.
- Use the network to defraud, scam, or extract value from another member based on a misrepresentation.
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, export, or otherwise bulk-collect any member data, whether by automated means or by manual copy.
- Resell, redistribute, or syndicate access to the directory or the WhatsApp groups, in whole or in part.
- Add a member to a third-party group, mailing list, CRM or distribution channel without their explicit prior consent.
- Use credentials, tokens, cookies or session data belonging to another member.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of our infrastructure outside an authorised security review channel.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious links, or content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

The directory and your content
When you complete your profile (headline, bio, role, company, tags, preferences) you grant iGRT Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, index, and surface that content within the network for the duration of your membership and for the period after termination strictly necessary to retain audit and ban-evasion records.
You retain ownership of your profile content. You can edit most fields at any time from your dashboard, including your name and LinkedIn URL. Your WhatsApp number is changed by contacting the operator (it is not self-editable). We keep your name, WhatsApp number and LinkedIn URL on file for as long as your account exists, because they are how we identify you for vetting and ban-evasion purposes.
Other members can see your profile information according to the visibility settings you configure. We do not sell, rent, or syndicate the directory to third parties. We do not allow recruiter databases, sourcing tools, or AI training pipelines to ingest it.
Manual outreach and WhatsApp
The dashboard is a directory. Conversation happens on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. The dashboard provides a one-click deep-link to the iGRT Community WhatsApp space; your own number stays private and is not shown on your profile card to other members. Any conversation that follows is governed by your own WhatsApp account terms with Meta, not by us.
iGRT Community does not host, store or proxy your one-to-one WhatsApp conversations. We have no access to their content. We can however act on conduct in WhatsApp groups operated by us, including content forwarded to us by other members as part of an abuse report.
We will never message you on WhatsApp asking for credentials, payment, deposits, or any form of value transfer. If a message claims to be from us and does, screenshot it and email surya@igamingrealtalk.com immediately.
Suspension, removal and ban records
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or the Community Guidelines, where required by law, or where continuing your membership would create a credible risk to other members.
When an account is permanently banned we delete the personal identifiers from your profile and retain a one-way hash of your WhatsApp number and LinkedIn URL together with a short reason string. This record allows us to recognise re-application attempts. We retain these hashes indefinitely. You can read more about how this is implemented in our Privacy Policy.
Termination does not refund any fees that may apply in the future. Sections of these terms that should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
Fees
iGRT Community is currently free to approved members. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, transaction fees, or sponsorship arrangements in the future. Any change that introduces a fee will be communicated in advance and will not be applied retroactively to activity that took place under a free tier.
Our intellectual property
The iGRT Community name, logo, dashboard design, copywriting, and underlying software are owned by us. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dashboard for the duration of your membership and only for the purposes set out in these terms. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or build derivative products from our materials.
Disclaimers
iGRT Community is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Within the limits of applicable law we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that any specific business outcome, deal, hire or partnership will result from your membership.
- Member-supplied information (profiles, claims of role, claims of performance, deal pitches) is supplied by the member, not by us. We vet at intake. We do not continually audit. You are responsible for your own due diligence before transacting with another member.
- Nothing on the dashboard or in any WhatsApp group operated by us is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or regulatory advice. Conversations between members are conversations between members, not professional opinions issued by iGRT Community.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of iGRT Community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the network, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from any transaction between members.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the operator's total aggregate liability to any one member in any twelve-month period will not exceed one hundred euros, or the equivalent in your local currency.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your habitual residence (in particular for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator of iGRT Community from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the Community Guidelines, your conduct in WhatsApp groups operated by us, or any transaction you enter into with another member.
Termination
You may terminate your membership at any time by emailing surya@igamingrealtalk.com and asking us to close the account. We will action the request, remove your profile from the directory, and apply the deletion logic described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your membership in line with section 08. Where the law requires us to give notice and a remedy period, we will. For non-negotiable breaches (fraud, harassment, impersonation, illegal content) we will not.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms from time to time, in particular as the product, the legal entity behind it, or the regulatory landscape changes. The "Effective" and "Last reviewed" dates at the top of this document are the canonical record of when the current text took effect.
Material changes (anything that materially restricts your rights or expands our enforcement powers) will be announced inside the dashboard and in the founder-run WhatsApp groups at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of your account after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is habitually resident, currently Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of that country have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email surya@igamingrealtalk.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within fourteen days. Most issues do not need a lawyer.
